About Us
JB's Mac-N-Cheese & Spuds! is a husband-and-wife owned food trailer built on comfort food, creativity, and community.
What started as a simple idea between two people who love feeding others quickly grew into a rolling kitchen where every bowl is made your way - whether it's a yummy plate of piled high nachos, creamy bowl of mac-n-cheese, or a delicious spud with all of the fixin's. Whichever you choose, you can't go wrong.
For us, this isn't just food. It's family, it's connection, and it's our way of bringing people together one meal at a time.
Whether you're grabbing a quick bite or feeding a whole crowd, you'll always be served with care, flavor, and a whole lot of heart.

We do offer our military (active or retired), first responders, and teachers, a 25% discount on the total purchase. This is our way of saying THANK YOU for everything that you do for our kids, our community, and our country.
